Frequently Asked Questions.

How can I best prepare?

No preparations is required, we will ensure that you are well prepared.

What about my physical safety?

Safety measures are put in place in order to ensure your physical safety. Over ten years and hundreds of participants nobody has ever been injured.

What about my psychological safety?

Before the solo we focus on psychological and emotional preparation. Much of this concerns what is likely to ‘arise’ on your solo; how to sit with it and allow it to teach you.

In this way we change our relationship with what arises and ourselves. Often what we are not conscious of is ‘shaping’ our lives. A shift in our awareness is the first step to changing our life.

How big are the groups?

Typically a group will consist of 8 participants.
